Route Manager - Austin, TX  (and surrounding areas)      

SODA Route Managers are responsible for developing and maintaining a Full Service route of car dealerships in their assigned territory. Route Manager duties include:

-- Visiting 3-5 dealerships per day for photography

-- Taking 15-35 pictures of each car that is new to the dealership lot

-- Identifying features and options and entering them into a PDA

-- Printing and applying windows stickers on each car

-- Uploading pictures and adding vehicle comments from a home office

-- Use of personal vehicle to get to dealerships each day, and maintaining the legally required amount of insurance on vehicle

-- Following instructions closely and meeting or exceeding customer expectations

-- Selling additional products and services to dealerships to increase revenue and meeting a quarterly growth goal

Applicants for the Route Manager position must meet the following requirements:

-- A computer or laptop and High Speed Internet access at home (these items will not be provided or reimbursed)

-- Above average knowledge of cars and an ability to identify features and options

-- A self starter who works well with little supervision and is willing to go above and beyond to get the job done, even if this requires working outside of normal business hours or on weekends when necessary

-- Bachelor's Degree, completed Military Service, or equivalent life experience preferred

Position:  Full Time

Work Schedule:  Monday thru Friday from 9 AM to 6 PM, with occasional Saturday hours required

Compensation:  $24,000 / year + $400 / month auto allowance + bonuses based on revenue

Benefits:  Vacation pay after 180 days. No health insurance provided.
